• Gutter cleaning and downspout maintenance
• Window and skylight cleaning
• Pressure washing and soft washing
• Roof cleaning and moss removal
• Concrete, deck, and fence cleaning
• Solar panel cleaning
• Graffiti removal
• Commercial and residential property maintenance

All services are performed by trained and insured professionals using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Service Requests

Services can be requested through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Seattle Wash Co.

3.2 Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates are provided based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from those described during the estimate process.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment via cash, credit card, debit card, and electronic payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The final invoice will reflect the agreed-upon price at the time of booking.

4.3 Late Payment

Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges. Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be subject to collection proceedings.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and services required
• Ensure clear access to all areas requiring service
• Remove or secure valuable items, decorations, and fragile objects
• Inform us of any hazards, damages, or special conditions on the property
• Ensure pets are secured during service
• Provide access to water and electrical outlets if required

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Insurance Coverage

Seattle Wash Co is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our insurance covers property damage and liability claims arising from our services.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Seattle Wash Co is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not reported prior to service
• Damage to fragile, loose, or unstable surfaces
• Natural wear and deterioration of materials
• Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control
• Damage resulting from client's failure to follow recommendations

6.3 Claims Procedure

Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Claims not reported within this timeframe may not be honored.

7. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, re-perform the service at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not apply to services affected by weather conditions, client-caused damage, or failure to maintain cleaned surfaces according to our recommendations.

8. Weather and Service Delays

Exterior cleaning services are weather-dependent. Seattle Wash Co reserves the right to postpone or reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions including heavy rain, snow, ice, or high winds. We will make every effort to reschedule at the earliest convenient time for both parties.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking and service process will be used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Seattle Wash Co website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Seattle Wash Co and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington, or through the courts of King County if arbitration is not applicable.

12. Modifications to Terms
