For most exterior services like gutter cleaning, window washing, and pressure washing, you don't need to be home as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned. However, we do recommend being available for the initial walkthrough and final inspection. For interior services, someone must be present.
Light rain doesn't typically affect most of our services. However, we'll reschedule if weather conditions are unsafe or would prevent us from delivering quality results. We'll contact you promptly if we need to reschedule and work with you to find an alternative time.
